Warranty and Return Policy


RamPC Systems 30-Day Money-back Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it to RamPC Systems within 30 days of the date of original invoice for a refund (the original purchase price minus shipping charges and a restocking fee ).  At RamPC’s discretion, there is an industry standard 15% restocking fee on any returned product.   All returned hardware must be undamaged and in as-new condition, in original packaging.  Shipping costs are not refundable, and we are not responsible for return shipping costs.  An RMA# number is required for all returned items.  To request and RMA number call us at 1-800-462-1510 or email us at support@rampcsystems.com

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
All of RamPC Systems’ products are guaranteed against defects for one year from the date of the invoice unless stated otherwise.

RamPC Systems shall, at its own expense and option, either repair or replace defective products during the warranty period provided that RamPC Systems has found them to be defective. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, RamPC Systems reserves the right to substitute the component for an equivalent item or offer an upgrade option.  This limited warranty does not include service to repair damage to product resulting from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, modification, alteration, or if unauthorized repairs have been attempted. RamPC Systems reserves the right to charge fees for labor (minimum one hour) and diagnostics, shipping, handling, and insurance if it is determined by RamPC Systems’ technical staff that the product is not defective or the problem was caused by the user, software, change of configuration, or any modification of the product. RamPC Systems will repair or replace products covered under this limited warranty that are returned to RamPC Systems’ facility.  Replacement parts that are furnished at no-charge to the purchaser in completion of this warranty are warranted only for the unexpired time portion of the original warranty.  All replaced parts and products become the property or RamPC Systems.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to backup the contents of their hard drive, including any data you have stored or software you have installed on the hard drive. RamPC Systems shall not be responsible for 1) any loss of data due to storage media failure, 2) for any software programs, data or other information stored or used on any media or part of any product returned to RamPC Systems for warranty and non warranty servicing. If during servicing the contents of the hard disk or any other data storage media are altered, deleted, modified or lost, RamPC Systems will not be held responsible. It is solely the customers/purchasers responsibility to back up any software programs, data, or information stored on any storage media or any part of a Product returned for servicing.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, RAMPCSYSTEMS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU AGREE THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO RAMPCSYSTEMS ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON THE MMC SITE SHALL BE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. IN NO EVENT SHALL RAMPCSYSTEMS, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCT SOLD.
